We want you to love your pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items like earrings may be subject to specific return conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Olive & Piper packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
